Laura Lage
Executive Director
Laura is responsible for overall strategic implementation, operations, and supervision of all 4Cs programs and staff. This includes performing tasks related to all aspects of daily agency management, project management, office management, fundraising, budget preparation and management, payroll, preparation of reports, media and information requests and grant preparation.

Allison Bettine
Director of Childcare Workforce Development
Allison oversees the Childcare Workforce Development Program. She works with our consultants to identify ways in which we can support the childcare workforce–through creating networking opportunities, developing best business practices for programs to enusre success, and developing additional training opportunites to support the work.

Elisha Hamm
Food Program Administrator
Elisha supports home-based childcare programs that participate in the Child and Adult Food Program, which reimburses programs for serving nutritious meals.
