For Families

 4Cs Home Ties Child Care Center is an IQ4K rated center nestled in the lower level of the First United Mennonite Church, on Iowa City’s West Side. Home Ties is a licensed center with spots for private pay and child care assistance.
Crisis Child Care of Johnson County provides short-term, emergency child care when families facing crisis are not able to provide regular care.

For The Childcare Workforce

 We support Johnson County early childhood educators in developing professional, child-centered programs. This support includes, but is not limited to: state regulations, nutrition, child development and behavior, infant care, and meeting quality indicators and any other business supports to remain a viable business.We administer the Child and Adult (CACFP) and to home-based child care and food programs in Johnson, Cedar, and Clinton County. We provide additional support to those interested in being a part of Starting Strong.
