Laura Lage
Executive Director
Laura is responsible for overall strategic implementation, operations, and supervision of all 4Cs programs and staff. This includes performing tasks related to all aspects of daily agency management, project management, office management, fundraising, budget preparation and management, payroll, preparation of reports, media and information requests and grant preparation.

Trisha Morrison
Director of Home Ties
Trisha is the Director of Home Ties, bringing over six years of experience in daycare, including two and a half years in a leadership role as a director. She studied Elementary Education at William Penn University and has spent the past three years working within the school system. Trisha loves making a positive impact on children and families.

Elisha Hamm
Food Program Administrator
Elisha supports home-based childcare programs that participate in the Child and Adult Food Program, which reimburses programs for serving nutritious meals.

Office Manager
Terrie supports daily office activities, facilitates our Crisis Care program, and is responsible for fingerprinting for area childcare providers.
